Newgistics return procedure is receiving an order from ATT they send you the return. ATT admits this but it wasn’t in my batch like yeah right. They said they had a problem with labels and the bar codes would not show up as it was missing part of the end. I spoke to newgistics and emailed with them. I even received a call and return email back from some president of some departments admin asst and she basically was like oh well that’s the final decision. I spent over 40 hours on the phone with them. ![]() They might start researching the lying instead of finding/crediting for your phone, then you will not get the solution you are looking for.ĪFTER you get compensated for the phone, then send a different message complaining about the process that you've encountered.
